The full range of evaluation and management modalities for adult and pediatric patients with peripheral nervous system disorders are provided at the Lakeside Neurology & Radiology under Dr. Souayah 's leadership. The clinic is focused on the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular conditions.

Dr. Souayah's areas of expertise include the evaluation and management of all forms of peripheral neuropathy including diabetic neuropathy, HIV neuropathy, inflammatory neuropathy, metabolic neuropathy, neuropathy complicating systemic diseases, small fibers neuropathy and toxic neuropathy; post-transplantation neuropathy; and porphyria neuropathy.

Electrodiagnostic (EMG / NCS) evaluations and management are provided for entrapment nerve disorders, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy and tarsal tunnel syndrome; traumatic nerve and plexus injuries and radiculopathies; disorders of the neuromuscular junction such as myasthenia gravis; inflammatory myopathies; and pelvic floor neurophysiologic studies.

Dr. Souayah is also proficient in the evaluation and management of infants and children with neuromuscular disorders such as hereditary neuropathies and myopathies.
